Hi all,

Anyone here on Pipex in the Southeast?

Having lots of problems here, and can't get through to their customer service :rolleyes:

Posting this from iPhone before anyone starts :p

Wandering if anyone else is having problems? Or if they can get
service level reports for tonight.

im often having problems with pipex lately, its not too bad tonight though
and i can never get through to their customer service, its often best to give up trying to get through to them and wait :/

Not a pointless reply, my brother is somewhere down there and he says hes had problems for a couple of days now with Pipex. I told him to ditch 'em.
 
I was with Pipex, crud crud crud, and their support is erm crud. They're experiencing loads of problems due to the staggered migration of users to tiscali servers, or at least this was the excuse they gave me when I got through to support. As a note, on their automated phone system, if you choose business customer you get through to a UK support centre who are amrinally more helpful. After queing for an hour I was so hacked off I just demanded my MAC, a week later I get my MAC and a week after that Im now on ADSL24 :D
 
I was with Pipex and always called them from work using my headset and their phonebill :D

Never expected them to answer the call within 20mins... glad I got rid! Took me over a year to get back some monies they owed me - a phone call every fortnight from me.

I've been with Pipex for about 5 years, never had a problem till this past month and since had 3 outages, a royal PITA.
Somethings gone seriously downhill, all my mates on Pipex in the same town have gone down too.
Also stuff like checking email is fine but uable to load webpages from time to time.
