Anyone here owned then sold a VR set only to regret/miss it?

I'm really on the fence

I knew this would happen before I bought it, but I needed to play Alyx. Since then it's pretty much remained unused. I think it's just that extra step of wanting to strap the headset on as opposed to playing a game the conventional way.

Not even sure what I would expect to get for a rift s tbh. Its had probably 20 hours use in total.

Theres games I wanted to play, but just havent gone for them.

Done it twice, don't regret selling it second time around. Was great fun but resolution killed it for me.

Sounds similar to me I grabbed a quest to try VR and to okay through Alyx, I went Quest over Rift S as there was stock local when it seemed to be sold out country wide.

I sold on after finish Alyx and regret it which is why I will likely grab a Quest 2.

I really enjoyed Beat Saber, Robo Recall and Superhot, just very enjoyable gaming which felt like a nice change from non be stuff.

Gave my wireless vive away as I never used it.

I sold my CV1, I have no regrets as I have a Quest 2.

This is why my Rift S has been collecting dust for 6 months. Got a G2 on order though.
