anyone here running a Fusion E350 100% passive..!??

so im building it myself, specs are..:

1 ANTEC ISK 100 DESKTOP SLIMLINE 80W MINI ITX

1 ASUS E35M1-I DELUXE AMD ZACATE MINI-ITX

1 CORSAIR 4GB DDR3 XMS3 INTEL I3/I5/I7 1333MHZ (1X4GB)

1 SEAGATE MOMENTUS 7200.4 2.5" 250GB 7200RPM SATA/300

1 ZALMAN FANMATE 2 FAN SPEED CONTROLLER

i got the deluxe board so if possible to run fan less i got the best board to do it on, whit that massive passive cooler.

and the antec for the size and picu style Psu 80W, and a extra fan controller just in case ill need it.

i hope i made good picks on HHD and Ram, i got a 4gb module so if i want to trow in 4 more there s room.

I just built a fusion system with:

Antec ISK 100 case
ASRock E350
1 4gb AData stick
WD Caviar Blue 2.5" drive

Its not passive but with the target fan speed set to lowest possible the thing is absolutely whisper quiet. I'm glad I went for the ASRock as didn't need the additional features of the Asus and although a touch concerned about potential noise I needn't have been. Sat on my sofa 1 metre away I cannot hear it. I would either get a standard hd or an ssd.

Mine is hooked to my nas drive so no local storage is really needed other than os and the odd media programme. I wish I had bought an ssd.

My mini build log of the above:

Fair enough. For general use I've been pleasantly surprised. Mainly use it for streaming vids/music though which I've been quite impressed with.

nice, parts are in the mail ^^^ i changed the HHD to a WD b scorpion one.

now i got the case and other bits, you can always upgrade down the road/weeks for new tech, my main focus is noise tho for silent nighttime surfing and other stuff, i might OC it, and make a separate profile for daytime in the bios :) read that many have gottne the cpu to 1.850hz on this board np and ram 1600hz whit a 0.1 volt change :

Got the Items today, and build it Yay ^^^

its running smooth whit the case fan @ 600 rpm its not noisy its near silent, i think its a low profile fan , just looked at it quick, temps are 40-45 idle> workload been running for hours, streaming video from the Internet..

overall its rather snappy whit win 7 and browsing, i can stream videos from the 2 site i use , one is using silverlight np there, other one dono what player it uses, but its running smooth no lag issues, my old Atom n270 was not great on that, and this is all im using it for, so its nice, and the GF happy she can mail and stuff too....

Ill be posting some snapshots and maby a video of the build later on, maby tomorrow , as i need batteries for the cam..

ill rebuild it again from bottom and up , as ill just tidy up the cables and to make the video for youtube channel , tho i think i did a great job in that smallish case.

I tried to run it fan less from the start but it got up to 65 degrees after the workout putting on win 7, i think it will be less if its only for light use, fans can be turned off np in this case, and i have added the fan controller, but looking in BIOS it can be set @ 300 rpm in there so no fan controller needed i think i have to fiddle whit it tho.

It took me 20 min to assemble the thing, as i needed a bit of a look on how to turn the HHD ect for cable routing
