Anyone Here Using Websense?

As the title suggests, ive got an open call with Websense about an issue with users on site going through our Websense Proxy having their sessions disconnect 11 mins past every hour on the dot when connecting to an external Citrix Farm.

Just wondering if anyone has come across it?

haven't experienced anything like that, but we're using bluecoat as the proxy with a websense filtering backend. however, we're shifting over to the new websense 'triton' system with v10k proxies in the coming weeks, and we do a lot with citrix so would appreciate being kept in the loop if you resolve it.
