I recently picked one of these up to go with my 8700k, after being disappointed with the ITX strix.
Anyway I've noticed that if I set Vcore manually (fixed mode in ASRock bios) it's always lower than what I set, this is going by the bios (and windows readings).
So for example at 1.2v fixed voltage, the bios will show 1.184 in the monitor tab. CPU-Z shows the same. So in order to get 1.2 I might need to set it to 1.22 for example.
Also this isn't vdroop I'm talking about, this is idle voltage, during a stress test for example that 1.184 drops by 0.032 to 1.152.
So anyway I would like to know if anyone with this board is experiencing the same thing?
With the Strix on the latest 0403 bios if I set 1.2 in bios it would be 1.2 with only 0.016 vdroop.
I'd appreciate any feedback from owners, cheers.
