I have the free BT Sport from EE thing at the moment but can't figure out how to manage devices. The main BT page for this wants a BT account number which I obviously don't have. Can anyone shed any light?

Yup. I have it as part of the max plan. I simply did this and it's been fine ever since. Whenever I want to watch on another device I just sign in with the BT ID I created:

Just text SPORT to 150, register for a BT ID then download the BT Sport app and get watching!

Is there a device limit? I haven't experienced that yet.

I'm honestly baffled as I can't find any information and all the talk on the forums seems to confusing rubbish.

I think the offer is now three months rather than the six when I signed up. What's really bizarre is everyone seems to be saying that the app will only work in a device with an active EE SIM in it when, IME, this is tosh. I've got it running both on my iPad via Wifi and even on my PC using the Windows 10 Store app.

I'm sure I read somewhere that it was limited to two devices and you had to remove one if you wanted to add a third but I can't find anywhere to confirm/view/manage this.

Hmmmm yea it's not well documented. How did you get it working with your iPad? It gives me an error saying it requires an EE sim. But yes, the windows 10 app works for me (which is a bonus as you can't airplay with iOS with the BT sport from EE package).

I've got it running on three, the limit iirc is that you can only play simultaneously on two but register on more than that. It's only Sky that have the two device limit.

Actually I tell a lie - my iPad is a 4G model and has an old pre-paid EE SIM in it but it's long since expired and I've actually disabled cellular data. Nevertheless the app can obviously still see it as, if I remove it, it stops working.

Baffled as to why it works on my PC with the app as there's no hint of cellular here, let alone EE.
