Anyone here work for Zen ISP ??

I'm with Zen, and I'm happy to pay for what some regard as a "pricey" fee, I gets what I paid for, never had a problem in 15 months as a customer :)

Unlike my previous ISP, who are so useless they charged my quadruple in the same month and have e-mail black holes whenever they do maintenance work *cough* ;)

I heard that BT will be saving about 1 billion every year with this new network, plus the download speeds like go up 24mb/s, so its like every exchange is LLU.

Not always true... I'm with NTL and I don't always get what I pay for - especially when I have to call the monkeys that operate their CS dept. ;)

Shame I live so far away from my exchange..... grumble grumble grumble

Yes I heard that as well but it will still take 10 years for them to get their 21CN investment money back ;)

True but on long lines like mine (55 dB attenuation), ADSL2+ won't really do much for me on the downstream side but I may be able to double my current 448 upstream speed.
