Seems like O2 have no idea themselves with everyone saying different things, but I don't see anything in their T&C specifically stating I'm not eligible.
The main subject is the "Switch Up" that allows you to upgrade your phone very 90 days. When my S22 Ultra was taken out in July of 2022 there wasn't such thing, however O2 give you the ability to change (up/down) your tariff monthly.
From what I can see, the "Plus Plans" main part of this is the "Switch Up" which is now included in the Plus plan as default without having to obtain the "Switch Up Bolt On", however I have been able to upgrade my tariff to a "Plus Plan"
So does anyone have any idea if I would be able to go switch up? I know it might unlikely to get an answer here but perhaps others have similar stories or there is someone lurking in the know.
