Anyone interested in a game club (like a book club)?

I haven't really thought this one through but it would go something like this...

1) Every month a game gets picked, not sure of how we pick the exact game but we will devise a mechanism and it can be decided in a thread... The only condition is that the game must be inexpensive in nature (free games also ok), so probably an upper limit of £5 using your preferred digital platform

2) On the beginning of the month a thread is started where people who are part of the 'club' (anyone can join at any time) discuss their experience playing the game... You can play as much or as little as you want and post back anything note worthy about your time with the game. Even if you cannot summon the motivation to continue playing the game, you can share this - great!

3) Last day of the month the thread gets locked and no further discussion... By this point the a new game will have been decided in a separate thread for the next month and hence a new thread will be started to discuss the new game over the next month

4) Rinse and repeat

5) A few rules - You cant comment in the thread unless you have been playing the game for discussion actively as part of the club... So if you played the game historically i.e. months/years ago you should not post. If you are playing through for a second/third time though this is fair game (excuse the pun - no spoilers though)

6) Probably best to avoid multiplayer games - I think strong single player games will work best.

Good idea?
