Anyone interested in Thermalright AM4 Type A or B kits?

Short version: I'm considering getting a Thermalright AM4 type B kit for myself, but getting one from Germany is a hideously expensive logistical nightmare. [EDIT abandoning group buy plan as apparently against forum rules - sorry!]

Anyone got a good plan B ?

Long version:
- I've got a Silver Arrow IB-E Extreme on my FX-8350 (I've had this rig a good while!), and am upgrading to a shiny new Ryzen 5000
- The Arrow is too old for the mounting to have the AM4 holes, and I lack the kit/skill to drill them myself
- Thermalright support in Germany won't ship a kit to the UK (presumably because of Brexit).
- Support in Taiwan won't ship to the UK because their Post Office has shut down airmail to the UK because of Covid-19.
- Shops claiming to have the kits in Russia won't ship outside their trading block.
- There's a "shop" in Italy claiming to have them, but it smells like a too-good-to-be-true scam.
- There's a few places that used to stock them, but I lack the language skills to ask if it's something they would order (plus given the low item value and volume of 1 it would likely be more trouble than it's worth for them).
- There's a shop in Germany that has some but they only ship to Germany and only seem to accept payment from a German billing address.

I believe I can work around German supplier using a concierge/remailing service, but that'll add around 40EUR to the cost. So it'll be about 50EUR for one... :(

Well, it's certainly an option. Although an (equivalent) replacement isn't very cheap, and I'm not sure I'd get that much interest in a 2nd-hand high-end air cooler for redundant sockets :) It probably wouldn't be a whole lot different cost-wise to just getting a single kit from Germany. I had also considered getting a cheap stop-gap cooler, but I'd prefer to avoid having to dismantle my rig to swap later if there's a reasonable alternative (yes, I'm that lazy :D but also I want to minimise potential down-time for work if things go awry).

I suppose I'm really aiming for "is there a faster way than wait-for-Taiwan that doesn't involve a massive cost?", and my hope is that either someone else smarter/better-informed than me has already solved the problem of getting a kit. Or if there's a chorus of "I have this problem too" that would also be interesting infomation (could Overclockers themselves be persuaded to get a few kits in with their next Thermalright wholesale order if enough of us were interested? Not sure if they do that sort of thing?)

Yes, they are very approachable and if someone wants something, and it's available then I'm sure they would look at it. The only thing I would point out is that OcUK don't resell Thermalright anymore. So you might be better chatting to someone who is a Thermalright reseller.
