Looks like a decent binocular microscope. Cool. Make sure you keep it covered as much as possible, minimising dust is key to keeping it working well. What do the three objectives have written on them (the three silver things on the base of the microscope)?
Are your eyes different? The dial on the left of the two eyepieces is used to adjust the magnification separately for each eye. To get it perfect, focus looking just with your right eye then adjust the left to match, or if you can see properly without glasses you can just set the dial to zero.
