I got my beardie 2 days ago he's only 5 inches long so still a baby

Few questions
After a bit of research a baby beardie should be eating upto 60 bugs a day that's no bigger than the space between his eyes but mine will probably eat about 10 a day

Maybe down to relocation stress I don't know pet shop said no more than 4 a day at this stage

All info seems very controversial at the moment

I'm pretty sure his viv is set right 41c on hot side and 28c on cool side which is fairly consistent throughout the day

I’ve kept one years ago, and bought him as a baby too. Don’t worry too much at the moment, as long as he is eating. Mine used to go days without moving, I realised he was too close to the window upstairs and he was scared of the birds. Are you using the calcium powder etc? Water dish (very shallow)? Offer him some different food, like very small wax worms, but not too much because they are like sweets apparently, and are very fatty. Small roaches and plenty of greens offered also. Just give him time to settle, and he will take more.

I was shocked the first time mine pooped, it was the worst smell ever.

Yes 2 types of powder 1 with and 1 without d3 gets fresh greens twice daily aswell as water he's had mealworms today this morning about 8 wasnt interested rest of the day
