Anyone kind enough to clean up an image.

I wonder if anyone with skills in photoshop would be kind enough to help with the following.

I'm volunteering to help a local Cricket Club do a basic website. There is an old Cricket Brochure I have scanned, Brochure dates back to 1915!

I wonder if someone with good photoshop skills could clean up the image for me? A link to the image is below.

Thanks everyone for looking, the scan from a book that was already scanned from the original. The fold is already in the source I scanned from.

Yes Ernie did live in a hut, how do you know this?
