Anyone know a solution to a wet garage floor?

The room is properly insulated, i run a de-humidifier for a few hours a day but the whole of the garage floor is still wet. After a bit of rain it's horrible. There's no leakages i'm aware of though.

drylok paint, then an epoxy coating with a bit of sand in it for grip. Actually I'm not sure if you can use dry-lok under epoxy.

i would imagine if your garage is sealed from above and there is no water getting in from anywere you are refering to surface run off water. I had the same problem with my garage. I phoned a local builder who sealing the edges of my garage with a small concrete border and i have had no problem since. It does get damp in there sometimes but not as much as it did before. All I can think of its condenstation build up in the garage.

Yeah, condensation is definately an issue. My windows are fine but my phone will often be quite wet when i wake up. A concrete border? I don't know how that'd help being as the floor is concrete already. Thanks for the suggestions so far though (ignoring the silly ones).

Open level ground / on a slope / attached to the house / detached to the house / bit more info would be nice
