Anyone know an app that..

Hey, im just wondering if anyone knows an app that mutes all other sounds when detecting voice. For example when im listening to music and someone speaks on skype the music mutes just so i can hear the person on skype talking?

This doesn't seem to work very well are there any 3rd party apps?
