anyone know an easy way to remove security tool malware.

i thought i rid my friends laptop of this permanently but it's back with a vengence this time as any company updated their protection to automatically get rid of this horrible thing. I would have posted in av thread but hardly anyone replies there now and i don't really have time to wait a few days lol
