Anyone know any 360 degree photo programs?

Looking for a free/cheap piece of software that creates 360 degree photos for virtual tours, quite new to this anyone know of anything?

Well best one I've used before is photoshop, using photomerge, but of course its expensive. I have created many 360 pics before, and have used a few programs, Ulead 360 was one i remember, came free with my scanner or camera.

The technical name for this is panoramic photography and the photos are called panoramic photos or panoramas which might help your searching. I used a program called 'panorama factory' but that was over 7 years ago so there are probably better programs around now.
