Anyone know how to fix a Zebra Gk420d?

Have been using a Zebra GK420d thermal label printer, that's gone faulty and hoping for some help. It turns on, but then the LED flashes green and red, and it won't print or anything. Trying to print anything makes the LED go solid red and I can't find an answer anywhere as to how to fix the problem.

Any of you guys know a fix?

Error 9

Red and Red Green - The printhead or motor is experiencing critical failure.

Kindly return the printer to an authorized reseller for assistance.

Error 10

Solid Red The memory is not programmed properly or appears as faulty.

Kindly replace the main motherboard.

I bought a USB & Ethernet one for about £150 on the bay a couple of months back.

Suppose I could sell it for spares or repairs and put money towards a new one at some point.
