Anyone know how to get an iRiver H320 to show up as a drive on xp?

i need to put some data on it but when i plug it in it doesnt show up at all

[edit] My mate has that model and I kinda remeber him having some problems. Have you tried a different cable/socket?

turns out you have to press the play/pause button after you've plugged it in. Otherwise it just charges, doesnt spin up the HDD.

a bit wierd, but got it working, had to download the PDF manual to find out, all 33mb of it :eek:

Cool thanks for that, I will pass the info on to my H320 owning friend.

I own the IFP-140 which you just connect to the PC via USB and 'bing-bong' it plug n plays straight away and appears in My Computer as an external hard drive.

Its cool that yours can recharge via USB though!
