anyone know how to start VMware when windows starts?

I've got windows 2008 server.
And anytime when the server is restarted, i would like VMware to start by itself and load the VM's.

Anyone know how to does this?

Use the server version of vmware, you can then set it up to start as a service, which will start your machines also

I'm running the workstation edition. At the time of installing the Server version didn't work.

Can you think any of doing for the workstation?

Last time I used workstation it didn't support that functionality. Might be worth a google. Or hopefully someone on here knows. I know thats why I always use server instead
