Anyone know how to stop Alexa introducing songs?

Hi all

I have a Sonos One with Amazon Music and Alexa.

When I ask for a song, Alexa gives a lengthy introduction to the song, title and artist. Not only this, but the introduction is right over the start of the song.

Is there a known way to fix this please? Ideally I don't want any introduction at all and just for the music to start.

Thanks. I'll stick a video on YouTube in a little while to illustrate what happens. I just say Alexa play x by y.

Yes I've tried that. It confirms that song id has been disabled then continues to use the huge intro the next time.

I've also tried putting Alexa into brief mode, which makes no difference.

I think I'll get a diagnostic and submit it to Sonos with that video and see what they say.

Not yet, I've not had a chance to muck about with it yet nor submit a diagnostic.

What I have done is start a free trial of Google Play Music, so I'm going to get the Sonos to use Google instead and see if that sorts it.
