Anyone know much about server power supplies?

I've got a 2kw power supply from a server, I'm trying to repurpose it to power an induction heater. I've been informed that it won't power up unless it sees certain conditions; namely voltage on some of the pins.
Now the question is which pins need to be bridged?

Here is the pdf with the pinouts:

I don't want to go giving 48v to just anything in the hope of trial and error as I'm scared of frying it!

Ive been doing a bit of testing today. Ive managed to power it up, but the fault light stays on.
So further probing reveals that if I link LOGIC GND and PS Type ID0 (pins 21 and 8 respectively) the fault light goes off and the AC OK and DC OK lights come on. However, there is no output on 48v.
Any suggestions?
