Anyone know of a free website redirection service?

I think I need a redirection service, basically I have an online store. My sites 1 year hosting account has expired and my hosting company say until I have payed them for another year my site will be down every time someone visits my sites url. When I visit my url I am greeted with the message

This Account Has Been Suspended

Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible.

You will be redirected in 5 sec.

So after 5 seconds it redirects to my hosting servers companies homepage. How can I make it so when people visit my url they see my own personal message. My hosting company said for this temporary service I would need to pay them 60 dollars. Anyone know of a free way to do this

Isn't there any free site where you just type in your url and the site, fill in a personal message, and the rest of the site does all the work for you?????

I bought my domain from 123 reg, or I think it was ukreg. So they have a free domain redirection?

Have you got it redirected yet whats the url?

Okay finally I have got access to my domain again, I had lost my password and my domain providers forgotten password form was sending every time an email to me but my account couldn't receive it up until now.

So how do I setup redirection, my domain provider calls it web forwarding?

Will I be able to create a message so when people visit my url they will see a message saying will we be back online soon?

oh! I thought my domain provider supplies that for free, i thought that's what they meant by 'free web forwarding'. Do you know of any free sites that I can use that will allow me to quickly setup a single web page for this purpose?

You still need some sort of hosting, as you need somewhere that has a simple .html page with what you want on it. Simple.

My hosting provider is about to close down my site now for good. Have I done everything correct. I logged into account at my domain provider and changed my email address from one being hosted on my hosting providers servers to a yahoo email account.

I have not changed yet the name servers, this can be done later right? once I change the name servers I wouldn't have to go back and do any email verification through my hosting providers servers right???

Also my domain provider said they do free email forwarding, how do I can I set that up? As how can my email work if it's being hosted on hosting providers servers which are going to be closed down soon?

Sorry for all the questions but this is urgent as they are shutting down the site in 5 minutes!

Edit: I don't get it, so I use freehostia but that is just free webhosting I thought I need to create a page, so wouldn't i need a website builder. So i can make a message like 'we will be back soon' then I upload that page to the free hosting server, is that right. Or does freehostia have this ability to make the page included?
