I have seen some domain back order sites charging a fee to register of £10+VAT

What's the cheapest site that does this as well as offers domains for the lowest price, USA or UK companies?

Oh and does it matter where you buy the domain from, I am UK based. Can I get it from a USA company?

It doesnt matter where you buy your domain from, it's just directs users to the hosting.
