Anyone know of a good guide to make your own mb standoffs? Can't find any to buy that's same size as I need looking for a guide to help me design replacements for my pc case I'm useing fussion 360

What size are you looking for? May be able to find some through some (or at least part numbers) from the places I use for work.

Beyond that I would look at so ething like OpenSCAD to create them programmatically using the matric screw thread spec as the basis (there's plenty of code snippets for things like screws for that).
