Anyone know the actual name of these?

I had 4 but 2 of them split and really need to get my decent GFX cooler back on my card. They are screw types but I cannot for the life in me find them on the net.

If anyone knows the actual name of them, it would make things far easier to find them.

Shoulder screws (and a spring from a biro may do the job)

We are getting there although it has a hole in the middle.

They screw onto these. As you can see, the threads have broken on 2 of them so I need these actual nut/screw things as they have the thread all the way down inside of them.

Its a stock one that came with the Sparkle 8800GT I bought.

Very similar to the Arctic Cooling Accelero. I currently have a Zalman VF700-AlCu sat on it but i'm a little worried about the temps as it does not cover the whole card unfortunately.

How about saw them off flush then drill holes through & use "common or garden" screws ?
