Anyone know the best uTorrent settings for an 8mb connection?

I am using uTorrent as my torrent client but I dont seem to be getting very good speeds....

Can anyone walk me through the best settings (upload, download, ports etc etc) for my 8mb Bulldog connection??
I've found other various settings guides but they all seem to be for older versions of uTorrent (mine is 1.6) and/or be configured for 1 or 2 meg internet connection speeds!!!!

Any help will be appreciated.....

i'm with bulldog 8mb too

here the setting i use for my utorrent, never had any problem with speed.

queueing -

i also got my router to port 6881 forward to the IP address of PC with utorrent.
