Anyone know this old movie ?!?

I vainly remember watching it years ago, but i just cannot think of the name or any actors who are in it!!!

its a comedy, where a wealthy businessman makes a bet with one of his associates that he could live as a tramp on the streets for a X amount of days..

Anyone know the movie ???

Nope thats not it. he dosnt live as a tramp in that really, on the film im on about he actually lives on the street in a box at one point.

Anyway, perhaps "Arthur 2" then...?

Nope. I know the film you mean.

He has to stay in a set area...Even has an electronic tag to stop him leaving it. One scene has him knocked over (or hit) and he puts his foot on the kurb to stop he tag beeping...
