Anyone know what kind of worm/bug this is?

A friend of mine has seen a few of these around the house and is wondering what it is?
Their place is pretty spotless but they live in the countryside so I'm not sure if it's something from the fields or what.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

It's a Testis Fly Larvae, it will burrow into a Scrotum, nothing to worry about if you're a Woman...

Looks like a man-eater to me. Nice knowing you.

That would be the actual resident of the house, not the creature above.

I believe that species is resistant to fire...

Bloody hell, thank god it's not resistant to tissue.

Looks like a big maggot to me!

Yeah...but it seems really long and crawls like a worm...or a caterpillar! ****....it does look pretty damn hungry too

That'll be the larval spawn of the man-eater. If you allow it to go into a chrysalis, it'll emerge 9ft long and suck your soul out through your testicles to provide it sustenance for its final evolutionary stage, in which it mimics a human female to hunt for a male to act as a nest & incubator for its next hatch. There'll be a stripped-down corpse of the last fella buried under the floorboards somewhere, you mark my words.

lol, Thanks everyone. I think this case might just be solved, I can't believe I didn't even think of caterpillar.

Help yourselves to a caterpillar cookie each for you hard work! :D
