The image shows a picture in the background of a Windows Vista Explorer folder...How do u do that as the link is dead so I need to know how...

I've just tried that, clicked on 4 different links, 2 took me to the same place, and the other 2 said page can not be displayed

I must be doing something wrong, I clicked on the Install icon, it changed the registry, i right clicked on the folder and changed folder image, but it hasnt changed
