Hi guys,

I tried ordering a couple things from overclockers yesterday but not sure if the order was finalized as I was on my mobile and the internet was playing up.

The order status is currently orange, see here http://imgur.com/KrsIyC6
does anyone know what that means?

Did you get a confirmation e.mail ?
I see you got an order number , surely you only get this once you have completed the order ? plus it says "repeat order"

I've got the same.. However i purchased on finace on xmas day. Total of 1k paid deposit, application was approved. However got to the end got confirmation email. Ocuk and processed my order twice. But finace once.. I need to ring up when then open.

Nope, haven't got an email and i'm 90% sure that the payment didn't complete due to my internet. I've also checked my bank account and no money has been taken yet :/

I would just re order it, but don't want to get delivered it twice etc

Guess i'll just have to ring them tomorrow morning to check

I had this a few times,is your email a google one if so they are having problems with Google emails,I would just wait till there open Tuesday

I put about 5 or 6 orders in last week and only got about 4 emails confirmed the others I just phoned up

I have the same thing today, my Internet cut out before I entered my debit card detail.
