Hehe, sounds like a fan yeah, just unplug them one at a time if it goes away then replace that fan.

Its a fan rattling against the side of the case I think. Open the case up and check all fans.

Yup, very easy. I had to open one due to a similar rattle. Ended up being a small piece of glue-gun glue that had come loose and hitting the fan. Just stay away from the capacitors if you prefer your muscles voltage-free

Be extremely careful if you intend to open up a PSU.

Touching a capacitor is not a matter to be taken lightly.
