Look around I got one for only £45 earlier this year would not pay much more than that as 1366 platform now a lot of the motherboards will be close to the end of their lifespan capacitors wise they are rated around 50,000 hours on a high end 1366 mobo but in reality on average last around 3-4 years before starting to cause issues.
Due to the avaibilty of cheap overclockable hex core cpu's and the pleothora of pci-e lanes 1366 boards have held their value quite well. Good boards can still sell for around £70 - £100
