Posted a thread about this before but now i know there are cables like it in the wild.

The cable i need:

pci express splitter calbe that takes the pci-e connector and turns it into 2 connections

So far the above link is the ONLY place ive found that kind of cable, they dont ship outside the us so obviously not a competitor. Tried the bay and nothing
