Anyone know who Logitech use for delivery?

Im due a replacement mouse from logitech and ive been sent the email with the dispatch comfirmation and so on..

"Shipment Method: EMEA Normal
Tracking Number: 1Z009FV7****47566"

But no where on the web site or forums can i find whom they actually use to deliver so i can track it and decide which day to stay in for it.

Ive googled EMEA but found nothing suggesting any particular company. I have tried DHL and FEDEX trackers but neither accept the code.

So to anyone who has had something sent from logitech, can you remember what company it was who delivered it?

They use UPS. http://www.ups.com/content/gb/en/index.jsx Or well, the EU mainland support does anyways.
Their replacements are usually shipped from Germany ( or well, in my case anyways from Düsseldorf when I needed a new z5500 control pod.)

Ive tried UPS but the tracker says unrecognised. Ill try again tomorrow its maybe not on the system yet.

Now i know who they use makes life easy! thanks.

My trusty old MX1000 cordless started losing its left button clicks, ive had it 1 month short of 3 years and they are sending me a brand new MX Revolution! i nearly fell out of my chair!

Im just glad im a sucker for keeping hold of all my invoices

You know you can fix your MX1000 by hitting the left mouse button so it dislodges any crud that's got under the button.

I'm sure now, double checked my tracking number for something in feb and it was this :

1Z009FVxxxx2789436

So the same format as yours.


(edit: Argh the tracking number still works and has my back name & city on it when entered on ups lol, edited 4 of the numbers)

Ive tried that but no joy. I think the microswitch has died, certainly sounds like it. Its had nearly 3 years of heavy duty use so that a lot of clicks!
