well i hink it will be a great litle card if price is going to be what it is supposed to be.looked at some reviews and in a lot of reviews its roughly the same as a 3870 xt but cheaper so its a great bargin card.if its true.is it today they come out?
 
Does it come with a brucey bonus?

I Have got my eye on this too im looking to upgrade from my ATI X800XL

and this looks like it could be the card for me .
 
Depending on the vendor, 9600 GT cards will be priced between $169 and $189.

so 110 is what im thinking but here always more but a 8800gs is that whats the diff between the two cards.
 
It is more because the performance is so close to an 8800GT, it'd be bad business to price it so low that no one would buy your other cards.

nVidia have priced it just under the 8800GT, around the same price as a 3850 512MB.

That way its not a clear cut 'whats the point of paying £140 for an 8800GT when I can get a 9600GT for half the price!'.

Rubbish for us, but great for business.
