Anyone made some underslung glass racks?

I'm looking for some glass racks for our drinks cupboard to hold the glasses upside down underneath the lowest shelf, but I've only got 20cm depth to play with and all the pre-made racks are too deep. Has anyone made their own, maybe out of wood? I'm thinking two brackets in a Z or L shape would work but I'm sure someone's got a better idea.

They didn't have any of the right size/proper t-shape so just made my own from some pine strips. Just need to go back tomorrow to make some more for the champagne flutes. Will get round to painting them to same colour at some point I'm sure (within 3 years probably...).
