Anyone make home made yoghurt or kefir?

I looking into making some home made yoghurt and kefir, thought I'd get into it as I'm on a bit of a home make/bake/grow drive.


So any others who like making them, I'd welcome any advice. I'm looking forward to making some frozen yoghurt in the end.

Evaporated milk sounds delicious but rather sickly. I'm going to be using raw milk for the most part which I'm looking forward too, also got some kefir grains coming too.
