We're in the process of moving from plus net fibre to Sky. Sky have basically said they handles the full cancellation process with plusnet etc. As a precaution I cancelled my direct debit to plusnet which they noticed straight away.
I don't want to end up getting changed for plusnet when I'm effectively paying for sky too but it looks like plusnet may have not been notified by sky as of yet. I'm vaguely recall something from plusnet when I started too suggesting that you pay a month in advance anyway e.g If I make a monthly payment on 1st November that's actually for my service from 1st December.
Can see me having to call both of them up today, but am reluctant to do so given I was told by sky I have to do nothing at all?
