Anyone Noticed The New Google Layout?

Don't like it, all they have done is space it out, and for what? it makes it a main to select images

Would be better if they centralised it. Not that it makes any differenc efor me as Ive got a google search bar in my Opera layout.

The new google layout annoys me as it made me think my web crawler program for my PageRank algorithm was broken as it was returning too many links.

They've moved the; Web Images Maps News Products Mail more ▼ buttons to the top left instead of above the search box.

Is that for Google.com or Google.co.uk? The only thing stopping me from having a search bar and not using a search engine site as such is the fact that I cannot get Opera to search google.co.uk. :mad:

Just taken a look now and erm... what's wrong with it? People are getting awfully wound up about a few links that a: non-intrusive [almost to the point of me missing them] and b: probably useful to a lot of people.

Oddly, mine started doing this nearly 2 months ago at home. I tried showing the guys at work and it didn't do it, thought I'd broken my machine :/

I've just noticed something. With Opera I don't see the bar. The rest of the layout is as the new one is but the bar isn't there. With Firefox and IE7 the bar is there. :confused:
