Our local chippie has changed hands and the portions of chips from the new staff have become huge.
I got a regular size chips last night and it was almost the size of a football, loads left over.

Does anyone re-heat chips and whats your method?
We sweat them in the oven at 190C for 20 minutes in a tray about 2 inches deep covered in aluminium foil.
It does a decent job but if there are any better options it would be interesting to try them?

Just tucking into a doorstep chip buttie now, two slices of well buttered Warburtons Toastie bread crammed with "sweaties" and plenty salt and white pepper on them, its not bad at all....

Just "sweated" and chomped the last batch of chips left over from Friday nights monster portion from the chippie.
Good early start for a few jobs in the garden on a Sunday, belly full of two day old reheated chips smothered with some packet mix gravy.

I think I need to invest in a Ninja, it might open up more doors in the reheating department, it seems to reheat chips OK based on feedback from a few posters?
