Anyone on O2 Home Broadband Access package ?

looking to change over from pipex, as had some problem recently and not happy with the service.

unfortunately be/o2 don't have a setup in my exchange but can link me up with the package mentioned in the title.

I'm on the home access package, in the process of moving back to UKFSN. O2 offer little/no support on their home access package. I would stay away from it, mind you that's going from my experience, the download speeds are fairly decent though.
