Can you log into MyPipex or does it just keep presenting you with the log in screen?

I know the info is right, because if I type the wrong one in, it says so.

Is it down or something?

Tried in FF and IE, does the same in both.

Rather get rid entirely but it's too much hassle at the moment and i'm not the one paying the bills...
 
I am using them, and I am leaving them soon. Complete waste of space, been with them nearly 7 years. Has been going down hill for like 5-6yrs, but now I am out!


Agreed! Gonna bail out soon, only trouble is, i really can't be bothered with the hassle.

My download rate is terrible, I'm supposed to be on 8mg (realistically 4) It fluctuates between 30-120 kbs. I've tried e-mailing them and i hear nothing back. They're a waste of time, 7 years I've been with them, customer loyalty = 0 :(

To the OP, I also cannot login.
 
I disconnected with them over a year ago and it took 10mths of calling every month to get back monies that they owed me.

Rubbish... stay away!

I'm having the same bother with them too. Been a customer for 6 years and I can't wait for January to come so I can go elsewhere. Their service is totally shocking now.
 
same as all of you guys above - no login & rubbish service despite being a pipex customer for 5 years.
As I pay by credit card (not dd) my card has just expired so the number is wrong for them. I plan to migrate asap, after settling up with them.

Been with them for about 5 years too.

Used to be great back when my area only had 2mb, but now that times have moved on and we're 8mb, it's terrible.

Not me paying for it though, and I don't handle all the broadband company stuff (my brother does), so I just leave him to it.
 
They are not too bad, I have never logged into their website though.

I have been with them in different houses for 7 or 8 years now, since ADSL became cheap.

The only problem I have now, if it is down to Pipex is that I am on an unlimited 8MB service (all for £17 :D ) and I only get 3MB if I am lucky... :(
 
Just done the package regrade myself with Pipex. You need to phone them up, if you haven't already done so. As the regrade feature on the website has never worked.

With Pipex where does it list usage tally? Can't find anything to check how much of my 30GB limit I've used.
 
Website login is (was) back up yesterday.

I contacted pipex a while back about a regrade from my solo1000 package, seeing as I've been with them for so long I thought they might be able to do something about it. Currently it costs more for the solo1000 than it does for most of their 'new' services, which I was understandably not all that happy about.
The only way they'd regrade my account was to sign me on to their new 12 month contract (subscription fees payable in full if you want to leave before it expires). And I'm having no part of that.
As a service provider I think they've gone downhill fast and have no consideration for things like customer loyalty.
