Sorry to put this here, but I couldn't really find any forum more appropriate for it.

Anyway, I'm attempting to order some new goodies, but the website is having none of it, before I get on the phone tomorrow to bank/OCUK, I just wanted to check that it's just me having the issues, and not something else.

Also, if anyone can explain the following quote from my failed order, that would be great.

"Sorry, but the payment process has failed. Response: (100) Timeout reading from socket "

doesn't sound like your bank, fwiw, prolly a wealth of 48x0 orders going in :D

seriously though, sounds server-side from OCUK - but call them as you suggested.
 
Are you still having problems? Try flushing your cache using Ccleaner or something.

If it's still a problem, then please contact a member of the admin team, or post in the Customer Services forum as per above post.
