I ordered a set of e46 M3 folding electric mirrors, with the switch and wiring, sprayed and delivered for a pretty reasonable price, well compared to 2-3 other sites I also checked at the time.
I rang last week and was told the mirrors I have ordered have just got back from being sprayed and are about to be posted, and I will receive them monday.
By tuesday still nothing, I rang again and he said they were right there in front of him and he was about to post them and they will be with me first thing thursday morning.
Thursday and still nothing, rang again and same thing again, about to post them, saying there was problem with the paintwork, at which point I said well I'm considering cancelling the order now, he assured me friday (today) they will be here between 9-5.
So 5pm came and went and still nothing, I'm not sure exactly what is going on with them, I just rang and spoke to a guy who apparently is just 'helping out' and he said he will get the boss to call me back in about 10-15 mins to let me know, and they didn't bother calling me back.
So does anyone live near these guys, or know these guys? Has anyone ordered from them before?
I have also posted this on a BMW forum which I use to post on along time ago, and I have had a few reassuring replies from people who have ordered from them and at least had the goods turn up!
I paid by credit card, where would I stand if I rang the cc company up and told them I'm not happy about that purchase and want to cancel, could they get the money back?
