anyone ordered from powerhouse fitness before?

Ordered a bunch of items from them last week, contacted them on Monday for an update as they said my order was complete and I should get notification in 24-48 hours with delivery details (it's heavy and will likely arrive on a pallet).

Anyway, 48 hours has gone and still nothing? Wait it out for a day or so or go ape on the phone at them?

Order was nearly £600.

Hope I get more than 30 minutes notification then, no way my miss's is going to be able to carry 250kg of equipment up the stairs.

Had a call from the courier now, delivery tomorrow morning. Better get my lifting boots on for then.

So part of my order arrived this morning, my power rack and bench, they upgraded the bench for me free of charge, from the CF328 to the CF430 which is a nice bonus, just waiting delivery of the weights and a few other bits now.

Phoned them and they said they will be with me by Tuesday next week.

All my stuff arrived, 3 separate deliveries in the end, friday, monday and finally today so time to get lifting

Took 3 deliveries to get all of my stuff, but they did upgrade my bench free of charge which would have cost me an extra £80. So yeah the customer service is pretty poor but they win brownie points for the very nice gesture.

Depends on the age of the building really, I believe most modern buildings that are governed by the building regs should manage just fine with ~4000lbs which is more than enough.

Both racks you listed are great and very sturdy. Also bare in mind that when it does arrive, it will be on a pallet and you will need to lug it upstairs yourself.
