Anyone ordered Windows 7 OEM and received Vista+7 upgrade?

Is Windows 7 OEM a reality? I ordered Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit OEM from a company and have actually received Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit OEM with Windows 7 upgrade form. A bit misleading I would say. Is there actually an OEM version of Windows 7 or is it just a Vista upgrade package?

There will be a 7 OEM version but it's not available to system builders quite yet.

If you got Vista + 7 upgrade advertised as Windows 7, I'd send it back for a refund. Why don't you go for a proper retail copy instead?

I`ll be sending it back for a refund unless they can provide a real Windows 7 OEM as they advertised.

As I built a new PC I thought I was entitled to the OEM version (and save a few bob). I may get the retail version if they can`t ship the proper Win 7 OEM version

Windows 7 oem was available from distribution a few days before release, I have some Home Premium & Pro at work.

I received my win 7 pro oem thursday from ocuk so it is available.

Just buy retail. Saves the hassle when you upgrade your PC and get a new motherboard.
