Anyone own a e46 m3?

Haha yeah my daddy owns the tyre and exhaust place I work in and won't let me pay for any parts for any of my cars lol but obvisiously he won't won't be paying for me to bring a m3 to BMW for servicing lol

You say that, but compared to the 350Z, which I see as very close competition, that seems very very expensive, then again iirc compared to the likes of an RS4 its reasonable.

Genuinely sporty though.

The 350z is not close competition to the M3.

It's not even in competition.

It never has been.

It never will be.

Try the Z4 area.

Similar weight, similar HP, I know a few people, some even on here, who have gone for a 350Z over an E46 M3 because of the cost related to an M3 that isn't present on a 350Z.

So people who can't afford an M3 got the 350z. Seems like a wise move..

As long as those people don't try and convince themselves and others that it was a move that they wanted and the Nissan is the better car..

I briefly looked at the M3 E46 as you an get them for just over £2K more than the equivalent 350z.

The running costs I could afford but I don't like the look of them. The 350z is is a lot better looking in my eyes and is a car that you can modify without spoiling the image. Whereas the M3 is best left stock.

So 350Z for me! :D
