Anyone own ocz reaper x ?

anyone own that ram ? I just got some from the mm and it wont boot in to windows 2x2gb sticks 2.1 volts 4-4-3-15 800MHZ mch is bumped to 1.29 get an error screen if I set it to 5-5-5-15 I can boot in to windows but I get freeze ups.

Get freeze ups and games crashing @ 800 MHZ 5-5-5-18 2.1 volts as well.

Is it dodgy ram ? isn't the official spec 4-4-3-15 ?

Does your reaper X work at 4-4-3-15 ?

Have you tried running memtest86 on it?

I use various flavors of OCZ Reaper/Reaper X RAM in my machines and it all runs flawlessly, though to get the 3 timings can be a bit motherboard specific but they should run 4-4-4-15 fine on anything.

Make sure your bumping the NB +0.1 if your running stock and +0.2 if your running a high FSB already.

This set wont post at 350mhz 6-6-6-18 1.8 volts.

So presuming it's faulty or on it's last legs.

Tried all combinations too much to fully list tried +1 mch +2 and +3
4-4-3-15
4-4-4-15/ 2.1v -2.2 v
4-4-4-12 / 2.1v- 2.2 v
5-5-5-18 2.1 - 2.2 v
5-5-4-15

Will only post if 6-6-6-18 and 2.2 volts wont post at 2.1 volts.

I have another set that runs fine on the board at 4-4-4-12 - 1.8 v 401 fSB for reference.
