A bunch of us used to play this a few years ago. Really enjoyed the strategy and long term planning and the whole space combat setting.
We are looking for something similar to play now. We would like another space game but would look at land based global domination-types too.
VGAPlanets 4 was being developed but we didnt like the early tests so have decided to rule this out.
Any idea what can play now. Must be turn based. We usually play 2 to 3 turns a week so games can last a while but it really adds to the experience. Last big game we had lasted for the best part of a year. For the last few months we only did one turn a week as the planning/ship movement etc too a good 3 nights to configurte before the turn was sent off.
